INSTALLING
UNFAZED HUB.

MACOS / APPLE SILICON

Install HUB on your Mac.

Requires macOS 14 or later and an Apple Silicon Mac.

1. Open the download page. If asked, sign in and confirm your email, then choose Download HUB for macOS [Apple Silicon] in your account.
2. Open the downloaded .pkg installer and follow the installation steps.
3. When installation finishes, open UNFAZED HUB from Applications inside your home folder.

The installer places HUB at ~/Applications/UNFAZED HUB.app for your macOS account.

If HUB won’t open, contact support with the exact message and your macOS version.

LINUX / X86_64

Install HUB on Linux.

For Ubuntu 22.04 [x86_64], fully updated, with a graphical desktop.

1. In your account, choose Download HUB for Linux [x86_64].
2. Open the downloaded .deb package with Software Install, if available, and choose Install.
3. Open UNFAZED HUB from your applications menu.

Your package manager installs the required libraries. Unlock your login keyring if prompted. If your system does not offer Software Install, contact support for help installing the package.

YOUR PRODUCTS

Sign in and you’re in.

Enter your checkout email in HUB. Open the sign-in email and confirm in your browser, then return to HUB. Your products appear in your library automatically.

Open a plugin in your library and choose Install beside the format your audio software uses. When you’re ready to use it on this computer, choose Activate on this Mac on macOS, or Activate on this computer on Linux.

If a purchase is missing, check that you signed in with the email on your receipt. Your account also shows your products and activated devices.
